We live in times of overwhelming breakdowns and breakthroughs. As we continue to struggle with the immediate emergency and impact of the global coronavirus pandemic, we are also called to pause. To stop. To listen. To sense into the potential for something new and different to emerge within us and our organizations from this crisis.
It takes courageous, optimistic people to steer us in the right direction, to resist the collective impulse to just ‘get back to normal’. There is no normal. There is just an opportunity for a new normal to emerge, to evolve.
The world urgently needs sense-makers, change-agents, creatives, executives, HR professionals, coaches, consultants, architects – leaders from all walks of life – to dare blaze entirely new trails and rebuild our systems in new thriving and resilient ways.
Join us for a 10 week journey to activate your agency to create positive change in the emergent future.

Regenerative Thinking: A New Perspective
In this module we will explore the narratives that have underpinned our historic ways of thinking. Ways of thinking that have got us where we are today. We will explore the story of separation between humanity and nature, masculine and feminine, our inner and outer nature, and the patterns in economic, biological and psychological thought that have contributed to our extractive and degeneraive economy - for people and planet.
Aligning with Nature & Living Systems
In this module we will begin to explore nature's patterns and principles which are the foundation for a regenerative way of being. We look at life's key design principles, the DNA of living systems and consider how we might shift our business systems to work in alignment with nature's ways - principles that have worked for over 3.8 billion years.
Systems Thinking for Business
How do we apply living systems and systems thinking to business? In this module we will look in more practical detail at how companies like IKEA, Interface, Patagonia use systems thinking and inspiration from nature to guide their business journey. We'll practice identifying the nested systems in which our businesses sit, and consider the evolutionary potential we could tap into, and align with.
The Heroine's Journey: Qualities, Principles & Practices
In each of our Circle weeks, we will be exploring the qualities, values, emotions and issues that surround being a regenerative leader. In this module, we will specifically consider how we integrate the principles of the heroine's journey into our practice by taking inspiration from the mythological journey of Psyche. Balancing the masculine and feminine energy in our world will be critical to achieving a regenerative uture.
Emerging Frameworks for the Journey
In this module, we'll consider the many different frameworks that are available to regenerative leaders to activate change in their own business. From the UN Sustainable Development Goals to The Natural Step, and from Future-Fit Benchmarks to Laura's own DNA of Regenerative Business, you'll understand how to choose which of these are most useful for your organisation.
A Celebration & Gathering
At the end of a journey it can feel suddenly lonely to leave all your new colleagues behind. So 6 weeks after our journey ends, we will reconvene to explore how we have all applied the learning and insights we have gained, and celebrate our individual and collective shifts in a final gathering.
